Regular meditation practice helps you to live in the moment, allowing you to let go of the past, stop worrying about the future and enjoy your life. Sometimes when we are stressed and anxious we can't see clearly or find it difficult to make a decision. Taking time for yourself to relax and focus on your breath, can reduce anxiety levels and allows you to see the bigger picture with clarity and understanding. Many people think they don't have time to meditate but you can learn easy, useful tips without changing your routine and still gain the benefits. Reiki originates from Japan and is a form of energy healing which helps to balance mind, body & spirit.
Amongst other things it can help with stress and anxiety, relieve pain and can also help with insomnia. It promotes natural self healing and balances the energies in the body, which can lead to a strengthened immune system. It is a non-intrusive treatment and can be done either lying on a therapy bed fully clothed or, if you prefer, sitting in a chair. Indian Head Massage
Indian Head Massage originates from the East and is based on the Ayurvedic Healing System. It has many benefits, but can help relieve tension headaches, improve circulation to the skin and hair and reduce blood pressure.
This is a very relaxing treatment done sitting in a chair fully clothed. Areas concentrated on are the head, neck, back, face and hands. However, depending on the time you have available or the areas that appeal to you most, it can be tailored to suit. No oil is used in the hair, only when massaging the hands.
